(1)計算模式
- 設計:根據各流股的工藝條件,用簡(jiǎn)捷法計算出冷箱的幾何尺寸及通道層數
- 核算:給定進(jìn)出口狀態(tài),核算換熱器
- 模擬:給定冷箱的幾何尺寸、通道層數及進(jìn)口狀態(tài),計算出口狀態(tài)
(2)流道分配模擬:
- 計算給定冷箱每一流道的操作特性(最大流道數可達 240 )?深A測冷箱的橫斷面翅片溫度分布,從而可對各種流道分配方案進(jìn)行研究。
(3)熱虹吸式冷箱計算,流股分配方案分析及并流、錯流分析
(4)冷箱類(lèi)型
- 冷箱最大流股數可達 15 股。流股之間換熱形式可采取逆流、并流、錯流。單一冷箱或多個(gè)單元串、并組合的復合冷箱,這些冷箱可以垂直式或水平式。熱虹吸式冷箱可以是內置式(內潛在液室中)或外置式(通過(guò)管道和塔底的液室連在一起)。
(5)分配器的類(lèi)型
- 分配器可以計算進(jìn)口和出口分配器的擴張壓降,可以檢查流量分布是否均勻,再分配器有合并型、分支型、也可部分流股抽出。
(6)翅片特性數據
- 可以通過(guò)輸入界面人工輸入翅片的傳熱及壓降特性數據(平直、多孔、波紋 / 人字型、鋸齒、片條),若沒(méi)有廠(chǎng)家數據,可根據軟件內部的特性曲線(xiàn)求出翅片特性。由于深入及獨特的研究工作, HTFS 對處理翅片通道的沸騰和冷凝流體流動(dòng)有獨特的方法。
(7)程序組成
- PFIN—— 簡(jiǎn)捷計算:首次計算板翅式換熱器時(shí)首先用它計算換熱器的基本尺寸
- MUSE—— 標準計算:按標流道分布計算換熱器
- MULE—— 流道分布校正及手工進(jìn)行流道分布
- MUSC—— 錯流校正
Aspen MUSE performs a detailed simulation of multi-stream, plate-fin heat exchangers made from brazed aluminum, stainless steel, or titanium. It can be used standalone by the thermal specialist for exchanger design or as an integrated product with AspenTech's steady-state process simulation program, Aspen HYSYS. Aspen MUSE is a core element of AspenTech's aspenONE Process Engineering applications.
